How does personalization work? How does my child's face get into the book?
First, you simply upload a photo of your child and place your order. We then produce the book, with our designers professionally integrating the face into all illustrations of the story. Your child's name and age are also incorporated directly into the story. The result is a seamlessly personalized book where your child is truly the main character – on every single page.
What age is the book suitable for?
Our personalized books are ideal for children between 3 and 10 years old. The stories are designed to be perfect both for preschoolers to read aloud and for early readers. Each story grows with your child and remains a beloved treasure for years.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production of your individual book takes 2-4 business days. Then free shipping takes 2-3 business days. In total, you'll have your personalized book in about 4-7 business days – perfect for special occasions!
Which stories can I choose from?
You can choose from various exciting adventures: superhero stories, space expeditions, magical fantasy worlds, underwater adventures, and many more. You select the story easily after uploading the photo – so you can find the perfect story for your child's interests.
What's the difference between hardcover and softcover?
The hardcover is a sturdy, high-quality book with a firm binding – perfect as a gift or for eternity. The softcover is more flexible and lighter, ideal for traveling or daily reading. Both versions have the same page count (30 pages) and high-quality illustrations.
Can multiple children appear in one book?
Currently, each book is personalized for one child who is the main character. If you want to order for siblings, we recommend a separate book for each child – so each child feels like the hero of their own story!
Is the book safe and non-toxic for children?
Yes, absolutely! We use only high-quality, eco-friendly materials and non-toxic printing inks. All our books meet strict EU safety standards for children's toys and products. Your child can safely hold and flip through the book.
What happens if I don't like the book?
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you're not satisfied with the book, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We'll find a solution together – whether reproduction with a different photo or refund. Please note that personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, but we still stand behind our quality.
What happens to the uploaded photo of my child?
Your data is safe with us! The photo is used exclusively for personalizing your book and is not stored or shared for other purposes. After production, the photo is automatically deleted. We take data protection very seriously and strictly comply with GDPR guidelines.
