After your order, you upload a photo. Our designers then professionally integrate the face into all illustrations of the story. Additionally, the name and other details flow directly into the text. The result is a seamlessly personalized book where the person is the real main character on every page.

For the best result, we recommend a well-lit photo where the face is frontal and clearly visible. A phone photo is perfectly fine! Avoid strong shadows, sunglasses, or hats. If the photo is not optimal, we'll contact you before production.

Currently, each book is personalized for one person who stands at the center as the main character. If you want multiple books, we recommend a separate book for each person – that way everyone feels like the hero of their own story! You're welcome to place multiple books in one order.

You choose the story after uploading the photo. This way you can take your time to see which adventure fits best. Various stories are available: superhero adventures, space expeditions, magical fantasy worlds, underwater discoveries, and many more.

After the upload and story selection, we start production directly. If we see problems with the photo, we'll contact you before production starts. This ensures that your book will be perfect!

As long as production hasn't started yet, we can make changes. Contact us as quickly as possible after your order via email at help@fynio.ai or via live chat. Once production has started (normally within 24 hours), unfortunately no changes can be made.

Since this is a personalized product, the right of withdrawal is excluded under EU law. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the book (e.g. printing errors, damage), please contact us within 14 days. If your book was damaged during transport, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll immediately arrange for a free replacement. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
